How to Perform

    Attach handles to sled.

    Stand facing away, hold handles behind head, elbows up.

    Step forward for tension.

    Extend elbows pushing handles forward/up.

    Keep upper arms still.

  6. 6

    Step forward to maintain tension.

  7. 7

    Bend elbows to return.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
