Attach rope handle to low pulley.
Stand facing away from machine, grasp rope ends.
Extend arms overhead, elbows bent, hands behind head.
Keep upper arms stationary, close to head.
Exhale, extend elbows pushing rope straight up until arms are fully extended.
Squeeze triceps.
Inhale, slowly lower rope back behind head by bending elbows.
Repeat.
