How to Perform

    Stand feet shoulder-width, hold bar underhand grip (palms up).

    Slight knee bend, hinge hips, back straight, torso near parallel floor.

  3. 3

    Bar hangs arms extended.

  4. 4

    Pull bar to lower ribs/stomach.

  5. 5

    Keep elbows tucked close.

  6. 6

    Squeeze back.

  7. 7

    Lower slowly.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
