How to Perform

    Lie flat bench, feet floor.

    Grip bar medium width.

  3. 3

    Unrack bar, hold over neck/upper chest.

  4. 4

    Inhale, slowly lower bar straight down towards neck.

  5. 5

    Keep elbows flared wide.

  6. 6

    Stop just above neck (use caution/spotter).

  7. 7

    Exhale, press bar straight back up.

  8. 8

    Focus on upper chest.

  9. 9

    Repeat.
