How to Perform

    Lie supine (face up) on bench, shoulders slightly off end.

  2. 2

    Hold weight plate securely on forehead.

  3. 3

    Start head hanging slightly back.

  4. 4

    Slowly lift head by flexing neck (chin towards chest).

  5. 5

    Hold contraction briefly.

  6. 6

    Slowly lower head back down.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
