How to Perform

  1. 1

    Set cable pulley at elbow height.

  2. 2

    Stand sideways to machine, elbow bent 90 degrees, tucked firmly against side.

  3. 3

    Hold handle with hand furthest from machine.

  4. 4

    Start forearm across torso.

  5. 5

    Keeping elbow fixed at side, rotate forearm outward away from body against cable resistance.

  6. 6

    Pause briefly.

  7. 7

    Slowly return to start.

  8. 8

    Repeat reps, switch sides.
