How to Perform

  1. 1

    Set incline bench facing away from high pulley with straight bar.

  2. 2

    Lie prone (face down) on bench.

  3. 3

    Grasp bar overhand, shoulder-width.

  4. 4

    Start arms extended forward/up.

  5. 5

    Keeping arms straight, pull bar down in arc towards thighs using lats.

  6. 6

    Squeeze lats at bottom.

  7. 7

    Slowly return bar to start position overhead.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
