How to Perform

    Stand in a doorway and place your forearm against the door frame at about shoulder height.

  2. 2

    Step the same-side foot forward through the doorway.

  3. 3

    Gently lean forward until you feel a stretch across your chest and front shoulder.

  4. 4

    Hold the stretch, breathing deeply. Keep your back straight — don't round forward.

  5. 5

    Repeat on the other side.
