How to Perform

    Sit preacher bench.

  2. 2

    Hold DB each hand.

  3. 3

    Rest back upper arms on pad.

  4. 4

    Start arms extended, palms down.

  5. 5

    Curl DBs up, supinating wrists (palms up).

  6. 6

    Keep upper arms on pad.

  7. 7

    At top, rotate wrists pronated (palms down).

  8. 8

    Lower DBs slowly palms down.

  9. 9

    Repeat.
