Sit preacher bench.
Hold DB each hand.
Rest back upper arms on pad.
Start arms extended, palms down.
Curl DBs up, supinating wrists (palms up).
Keep upper arms on pad.
At top, rotate wrists pronated (palms down).
Lower DBs slowly palms down.
Repeat.
