Place bench (opt. back support) under Smith bar.
Adjust bar height.
Sit/stand, position bar front shoulders.
Grip bar overhand, wider than shoulders.
Unrack bar.
Press bar straight overhead.
Lower slowly to start.
Repeat. Rack bar safely.
