How to Perform

    Sit on the Pec Deck machine with back firmly against the pad.

  2. 2

    Adjust seat height so upper arms are parallel to floor when gripping handles or pads.

  3. 3

    Place forearms against pads or grip handles, keeping elbows slightly bent.

  4. 4

    Exhale and slowly bring pads/handles together in front of chest using chest muscles.

  5. 5

    Squeeze chest at peak contraction.

  6. 6

    Inhale and slowly return to starting position, feeling a stretch in chest.

  7. 7

    Repeat for desired repetitions.
