How to Perform

    Place band around ankles (or knees).

  2. 2

    Stand feet shoulder-width, knees slightly bent (athletic stance).

  3. 3

    Take small step forward right foot.

  4. 4

    Follow with small step forward left foot.

  5. 5

    Maintain tension in band.

  6. 6

    Continue walking forward.

  7. 7

    Walk backward to return.

  8. 8

    Keep feet wide, knees out.
