Lie face down on leg curl machine.
Adjust pad just below calves.
Legs fully extended.
Grip handles.
Exhale, curl legs up towards glutes by bending knees.
Keep thighs on pad.
Hold contraction.
Inhale, slowly lower legs.
Repeat.
