Sit machine, adjust back pad/leg pad.
Pad rests just below calves.
Secure lap pad over thighs.
Grip handles.
Start legs extended.
Exhale, curl legs down/back bending knees.
Squeeze hamstrings.
Inhale, slowly return.
Repeat.
