How to Perform

    Sit machine, adjust back pad/leg pad.

    Pad rests just below calves.

  3. 3

    Secure lap pad over thighs.

  4. 4

    Grip handles.

  5. 5

    Start legs extended.

  6. 6

    Exhale, curl legs down/back bending knees.

  7. 7

    Squeeze hamstrings.

  8. 8

    Inhale, slowly return.

  9. 9

    Repeat.
