How to Perform

  1. 1

    Attach bar/rope to high pulley.

  2. 2

    Kneel facing away from machine.

  3. 3

    Grasp bar/rope overhead, elbows bent, hands behind head.

  4. 4

    Keep upper arms stationary, close to head.

  5. 5

    Exhale, extend elbows pushing bar/rope upward until arms straight.

  6. 6

    Squeeze triceps.

  7. 7

    Inhale, slowly lower back behind head.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
