How to Perform

    Sit incline bench (45 deg), back supported.

  2. 2

    Hold DB each hand, arms hanging straight down, palms facing forward.

  3. 3

    Curl DBs upward and slightly outward in arc.

  4. 4

    Keep upper arms stationary.

  5. 5

    Finish resembling double biceps pose.

  6. 6

    Squeeze biceps.

  7. 7

    Lower slowly back to start.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
