Shoulders
Set incline bench (~30 deg). Lie back, hold DB each hand.
Arms extended over chest, slight elbow bend, pinkies close, palms facing you.
Inhale, lower DBs out wide arc.
As you lower, rotate wrists so palms face each other at bottom.
Exhale, bring DBs back up in arc.
As you lift, rotate wrists back so palms face you at top.
Repeat.
