How to Perform

  1. 1

    Sit on dip machine, adjust seat so handles are chest level.

  2. 2

    Grasp handles, neutral grip.

  3. 3

    Keep elbows close to body.

  4. 4

    Start elbows bent ~90 degrees.

  5. 5

    Exhale, press handles down by extending arms.

  6. 6

    Keep slight bend at bottom (don't lock out fully).

  7. 7

    Inhale, slowly return handles to start.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
