How to Perform

    Place the foam roller horizontally on the floor and lie back so it is positioned under your mid-back.

    Support your head with your hands and slowly lean backward over the roller to extend your thoracic spine.

    Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then return to the starting position and repeat.
