How to Perform

  1. 1

    Attach chains to handles (similar to dumbbells).

  2. 2

    Lie flat on bench.

  3. 3

    Hold handles, arms extended over chest.

  4. 4

    Lower handles towards chest by bending elbows.

  5. 5

    Allow chains to deload onto floor.

  6. 6

    Press handles back up, extending arms.

  7. 7

    Resistance increases as chains lift off floor.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
