How to Perform

    Stand tall, hold towel end both hands overhead.

    Arms extended.

  3. 3

    Partner holds other towel end.

  4. 4

    Lower hands behind head bending elbows.

  5. 5

    Partner provides light resistance.

  6. 6

    Extend elbows pushing up against resistance.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
