How to Perform

    Lie flat bench.

    Grip bar close underhand grip (palms up).

    Unrack, hold over chest.

    Lower bar to mid/lower chest.

    Keep elbows tucked close.

  6. 6

    Press bar back up using triceps.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
