How to Perform

    Sit machine, adjust seat (elbows align pivot).

  2. 2

    Place back of upper arms on pads.

  3. 3

    Grip handles.

  4. 4

    Exhale, extend elbows pushing handles down/forward.

  5. 5

    Keep upper arms still.

  6. 6

    Squeeze triceps.

  7. 7

    Inhale, slowly return.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
