    Stand in standing calf raise machine, adjust pads to rest on shoulders.

    Feet flat on floor, shoulder-width apart.

    Arms relaxed at sides.

    Exhale, elevate shoulders straight up towards ears.

  5. 5

    Keep arms straight.

  6. 6

    Focus on trap contraction.

  7. 7

    Hold peak contraction briefly.

  8. 8

    Inhale, slowly lower shoulders back to start.

  9. 9

    Repeat.
