How to Perform

  1. 1

    Loop resistance band under bench or around back.

  2. 2

    Lie flat on bench, hold band ends/handles.

  3. 3

    Start with hands near chest, elbows bent.

  4. 4

    Press hands upward, extending arms against band resistance.

  5. 5

    Squeeze chest at top.

  6. 6

    Slowly lower hands back to start with control.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
