    Hold DB one hand underhand grip.

    Arm hanging straight down.

    Support with free hand.

    Curl DB up towards shoulder.

    Keep upper arm perpendicular.

    Squeeze bicep.

    Lower slowly.

    Repeat reps, switch arms.
