Attach handle low pulley.
Stand facing machine.
Grasp handle one hand underhand.
Elbow tucked at side.
Curl handle up towards shoulder.
Keep upper arm still.
Squeeze bicep.
Lower slowly.
Repeat reps, switch arms.
