Stand feet shoulder-width.
Hold DB right hand.
Bend slightly hips/knees.
Brace right elbow against inner right thigh.
Arm extended down.
Curl DB up towards shoulder.
Keep upper arm still.
Squeeze bicep.
Lower slowly.
Repeat reps, switch arms.
