How to Perform

    Set pulley high.

  2. 2

    Stand staggered stance.

  3. 3

    Grasp handle right hand.

  4. 4

    Start arm extended out side/slightly back.

  5. 5

    Slight elbow bend.

  6. 6

    Pull handle down and across body towards opposite hip/centerline.

  7. 7

    Squeeze chest.

  8. 8

    Return slowly.

  9. 9

    Repeat reps, switch arms.
