Did not do as much as last time because I got really nauseous after previous workout. Lunges are difficult because my knees tend to collapse at the bottom and I've thanked it pretty hard a few times. Need kneepads and some exercises to help strengthen that. Struggling to hold position in back for shoulder taps and inclined pushups, weak core, let's do some ab work as well next time. Did red and green bands for rows, that felt like a good start for working up to all 6.
