Cancel Subscription & Request a Refund

All Fitloop subscriptions are processed through Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). Fitloop does not have the ability to cancel subscriptions or process refunds directly — these must be handled through the respective app store.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

On iOS

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Fitloop and tap Cancel Subscription

On Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Find Fitloop and tap Cancel

You'll continue to have access to Fitloop+ features until the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Since all payments go through Apple or Google, refunds must be requested directly through them.

Apple (iOS)

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Fitloop charge
  4. Select "Request a refund" and follow the prompts

If that doesn't work, you can contact Apple Support directly — they can process refunds manually.

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
  2. Find Fitloop and select it
  3. Follow the prompts to request a refund

Restore Purchases

If you've already subscribed but your premium features aren't showing:

  1. Open the Fitloop app
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right to open Settings
  3. Tap on Fitloop+
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Restore Purchases

This will re-sync your subscription status with the app store.
