## Human Flag Prep

- 1 × 5s One Arm Active Hang
- 1 × 30s Active Side Plank >90 Degrees
- 1 × 5s One Arm Active Hang
- 1 × 30s Active Side Plank >90 Degrees

## Hanging

- 1 × 5s One Arm Active Hang
- 1 × 30s Active Side Plank >90 Degrees
