# RR Triplets w/stretching

Similar to RR Triplets - Onyx. Add 1 minute rest timers between each set.

"Dynamic stretches" includes everything in the video: shrugs, bands, and wrist warm-up too. 

"Starting stretching" added at the end because stretching is important.

- 1 × 5-10 Hang (Arch)
