## Circuit 1

- 1 × 5-10 Split Squat
- 1 × 5-8 Push-Up
- 1 × 5-15 Lunge (Walking) - Barbell
- 1 × 5-8 Row - Other
- 1 × 5-15 Backbend (Shoulder Bridge)
- 1 × 5-15 Plank (Shoulder Tap)

## Circuit 2

- 1 × 5-10 Split Squat
- 1 × 5-8 Push-Up
- 1 × 5-15 Lunge (Walking) - Barbell
- 1 × 5-8 Row - Other
