10 PUSH-UPS and LUNGES for every, Level up, mission completed, or failed.
15 sec REVERSE PLANK for every boss, unique enemy, or badass killed/farmed
10 ROWS for every boss, legendary /unique gear drop or appearance in shop
15 SQUATS for every boss, unique, badass enemy killed or farmed, and unique/legendary dropped
10 DEADBUGS for every unique or legendary piece of gear
30 sec PLANK for every chapter finished or death
30 sec SIDE PLANK for every chapter finished or death
10 BURPEES for every chapter finished or death
