- 3 × 20-30 Pancake Stretch
- 3 × 8-12 Seated Leg Lift
- 1 × 30-60s Parallel Bar Support Hold

## L-sit progression 

- 1 × 10-60s L-Sit Hold (Foot-Supported)
- 1 × 10-60s L-Sit (Single-Leg Foot-Supported)
- 1 × 10-60s Tucked L-Sit
- 1 × 10-60s L-Sit (Single-Leg)
- 1 × 10-60s L-Sit Hold
