- 1 × 5-8 Dragon Flag Progression

- 1 × 5-8 Pike Push-Up (Elevated)
- 1 × 7-10 Push-Up
- 1 × 7-10 Tricep Extension
- 1 × 5-8 Dragon Flag Progression
