WQ 8/10. Woke up late again - had good but not great energy, could this be due to one glass of red wine last night? HH instead of DBs. Subbed 12kg KB Squat to save time. Added 1s/7r/10sec CUN, stopped there bc of wrist pain/tightness, don鈥檛 want to injure myself. Skipped RDLs again, I think I have hamstring tendonitis at least in R leg, will continue to do BW romanians to warm up/stretch them lightly, should throw in hamstring stretches every day to help them heal.

Did 8x35kg in 1st set on pull ups with CORRECT form on assisted machine as shown by in built guide. 2nd and 3rd set, 6x28kg No fucking leg locking platform for hinge workout, so started on Prone Leg Curl Machine, 1st set 8x40, 2nd set 5x45. Then found progression to curls as starred on Reddit profile, so put rings up higher and put knees at 135 degrees, burn more intense. Continue progression to diamond pushup, still difficult one handwith in, keep pushing! Form is key.

WQ 10/10! Pushed myself on nearly everything. Woke up late so had to condense routine but did so w minimal sacrifice. Fewer reps in some of the warm up, rested only 60sec btwn all exercises except my extra set CUN (2 reps/30sec rest, repeated until 9reps) and BW squat weighted to cut time off. Less rest time seems to have had no negative effect, perhaps even felt more focused. Hollow holds (30 sec did 5sec then back to neutral repeated) instead of DBs. BW squat w/ 12kg KBL. 1s/9r/10sec CUN at end of first pair, feel it most in forearms. Hyper ext w 10lb, improvement in all core work, esp rollouts, getting lower fast.
