Reddit Recommended Routine

Squat (sky reach) position feeling much more stable (flat feet on ground and able to straighten my back more). Scap pulls starting to work toward arch hang, kind of a low level in-between movement. Added 3r 10/10/8 sec chin up negatives after first strength pair. Pushup now at 11.8鈥 off ground. Rows feel difficult to improve, shifted angle back up a little to maintain quality reps. Pbar holds used towel on bars because of hand pain, shifted wrists straight and holds became harder again (lost gains), but better form I think. Deadlift now w 40lb bar, once i get a form check i鈥檒l def add weight. No time for core triplet today.
