First workout after the flu, lots of energy and stamina throughout! Scap pull w/ 2sec at top, +2x 8sec Chin Up Neg at end of 1st pair. Squats w better form, weight mostly on front leg. Row at hip height. Push up at 11.8鈥. Deadlift w 40lb, ROM improved, almost ideal. Pbar hold with correct wrist-stack form, hands didn鈥檛 hurt today and held longer! Pallof press with thicker gauge band and more tension. Planks felt solid and easy!
