Focused more on form today, definitely am feeling the result of the week right now. Interested in how next week will go after taking the weekend off. Have added about 15 minutes of rowing to my warm up, going to fiddle with that. Also doing rowing or jump rope or some form of cardio on the off days. Also added 15lb kettlebell to the SDLs to make them a bit more challenging as I don't have a place to do the progressions.
